Description
Ingredients : American Ginseng, Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, Fructus Lycii, Rhizoma Dioscorea Batatas, Euphoria Longan, Fructus Ziziphii Jujubae.
Benefits : Strengthen Immune System, Helps blood circulation, Improves tiredness, Improves alertness, Relieve cold and flu
Preparation: (4-6 servings, 60mins)
- Boil 2 litres of water, add the sachet ingredients & bring to boil
- Add 500gm of meat
- Reduce the heat & simmer until the meat is tender
- Add 1 tsp of salt
